Todd oversees all day-to-day field operations including scheduling and coordination of personnel and equipment. He works directly with the project managers to insure that all project and crew goals including  schedules, budgets, and material management are met. His responsibilities include completing all projects
with the most important objectives being the safety of all individuals involved and providing a finished product of the highest quality.

Roger provides overall leadership and management of company personnel and assets. He makes final decisions related to determining interests in upcoming projects, equipment needs, and coordination of all major purchases.  He assists and provides extensive experience and knowledge to project managers, estimators and superintendents in the preparation of their estimates and projects.

Roger Beers

CEO/Manager

Tracy is responsible for managing administrative items including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and employee health benefits. She also manages company assets by obtaining and maintaining all records related to equipment registrations, tags, and DOT information. In advance of all projects, Tracy calls in and establishes all existing utility markings and "all clear" documentation.
